Terms of Service

1. Purpose

1. Game Credits used to make purchases within 321GAMES. You shall only purchase Game Credits from the 321GAMES (hereinafter referred to as "321GAMES").
2. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall also form part of this agreement.
3. By using Game Credits, you are deemed to have read this agreement carefully and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Game Credits services.
4. If the laws of your country/region are different from the Game Credits Terms of Service, you should stop using 321Games services. 321GAMES is not responsible for the laws in your country/region.
5. We reserve the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms, its Game Credits Terms of Service and other relevant policies developed by us (collectively as "Policies") at any time by posting the amended terms on the Game Credits Terms of Service. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. 2. Purchase and Charge

2. 321GAMES only sells Game Credits on the 321GAMES operated by 321Lotto Vanuatu. Any other Game Credits obtained through other channels is null and void with the 321GAMES, nor can it be used in the "321GAMES".

3. Refunds

4. Suspension / Termination of use

2. 321GAMES shall be able to suspend the use of Game Credits or revoke Game Credits if any of the following items apply.

1. When the user acquires Game Credits by an illegal method or Game Credits are acquired by an illegal method and uses it.
2. When the user violates this agreement.
3. When the Game Credits are forged or altered.
4. 321GAMES may sole determines stop using Game Credits by reasonable reason.
5. 321GAMES shall be able to issue or terminate the use of Game Credits due to changes in social conditions, revision or abolition of laws and regulations, or unavoidable reasons.

5. Prohibition of transfer

The user shall not to transfer, lend, or pledge Game Credits to another person in any way.

6. Limited liability

321GAMES shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused to the user due to the inability to use Game Credits. However, this shall not apply if the damage or disadvantage is based on the intentional of the 321GAMES.

7. Changes to the rules

If 321GAMES deems it is necessary to change the Game Credits Terms of Service, it will change it through the website or other methods. After the change, the Game Credits Terms of Service will take effect immediately, and users should check the changes to the terms of service from time to time.

8. General Terms

This Agreement contain the entire understanding and agreement among you and 321GAMES with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and cancel any and all prior oral and written agreements, terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of 321GAMES assigns. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration referred to 321GAMES assigns.

If we fail to exercise or perform any of right or provision under the terms of this Agreement, this will not constitute a waiver of executing such rights or provision.

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of this Agreement are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
